Adily built SmartWhistle after spending her life inside the game—from championship wins at Quinnipiac, to representing Puerto Rico internationally, to playing professionally, to earning opportunities in the NBA officiating pipeline.

Across all those roles, one truth became impossible to ignore: officials are the backbone of the sport, yet the least supported. No analytics. No development tools. No technology built for them.

SmartWhistle is her answer to that problem. As founder, she combines deep on‑court experience with a sharp product mindset to create technology that elevates officiating performance, training, and accountability at every level of basketball.

    Juliette Phillips is a business operations leader with expertise in scaling early-stage ventures, driving revenue growth, and building strategic partnerships. Her experience spans entrepreneurship, healthcare, and performance-driven organizations, where she has led initiatives across operations, customer acquisition, commercial strategy, and team development. She is passionate about creating the systems and relationships that enable innovative products to gain traction and scale effectively.

    As Head of Business Operations at SmartWhistle, Juliette oversees strategic growth initiatives, operational execution, and partnership development. She works closely across teams to align business strategy with market opportunities, helping accelerate adoption of technology designed to improve officiating performance and advance the future of sports.
